Dogs are known for being very playful creatures, and sometimes their little games can take mischievous turns. This is especially true of puppies, who can’t seem to help staying out of trouble!

The puppy in this video has no intention of playing by anyone else’s rules, so when he found himself being put in a cage of sorts by his owner, he immediately started plotting his escape!

Getting a new puppy can be difficult, as owners never have any idea what scene they will walk into when they get home. Puppies are known for chewing up shoes, couches, and pretty much anything else they can find before they are house trained. To get around this, these owners decided to set up a baby gate that they hoped would stop their puppy from wreaking havoc on their house. Unfortunately for these owners, however, their clever little puppy was too smart to let this hold him back!

The little puppy quickly figured out that he was small enough to fit underneath the gaps of the baby gate. The owner responded to this by weaving some old towels through the bottom bars to stop the dog from getting free. The puppy stunned his owner by not letting this stop him either! He pulled the towels furiously in the hopes of escaping, eventually causing the entire baby gate to topple over!

When the puppy was finally able to escape, he ran back in to grab his favorite toy to bring out to freedom with him. This video certainly proves that there is never a dull moment for dog owners!
