Lauren Daigle is one of today’s top Christian artists and she is bubbling with her faith. But she says one of her goals is to transcend music genres and fan groups. She doesn’t want her music to speak to just Christians.

She explained that her team has a saying called “extend the tent pegs” and the goal is to not leave anyone behind that has listened to their music. That’s why she tries to make music that anyone can relate to and not just Christians.

Lauren says that people need hope and love and joy in their life, which is why she makes music that will tear down walls. That’s also why she jumped at the chance to be the first Christian artist to appear on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

She finally would have the chance to spread God’s message to people of all faiths, races, orientations, and backgrounds. Lauren sang her hit song, “Still Rolling Stones” that is inspired by scripture in Luke 24:2.

It didn’t take long for everyone in the crowd to start smiling from ear to ear. Her bubbly personality and amazing stage presence drew everyone in, including Ellen herself.

Check out the video below of her performance and see for yourself why Lauren is breaking boundaries and spreading God’s love. If you love it as much as I do, please share this story with your family and friends.
