Meeting a new sibling the very first time can be really exciting, but for some siblings, the sight of a new little one turns them green with envy because a new little one has invaded the family.

Luckily for this mom, her daughter was thrilled to meet her new baby brother. Parents always hope that when older siblings meet their younger siblings that things will go well, but you can never be sure.

When the little girl first enters her mom’s hospital room, she looks confused to see her mom lying in a hospital bed. Understandably worried, the little girl asks, “What happened?”

Her mom then encourages her to come closer and when the little girl gets close to her mom, she realizes what is lying in her mom’s arms. That’s when the little girl’s excitement kicks in and she squeals, “My baby brother!”

The little girl turned big sister can barely withhold her excitement to touch her baby brother, but is reminded that she has to wash her hands before loving on her new little brother.
