Collier Cash Rule is just 10-years-old, but he thinks he’s already done everything a kid could dream of doing, thanks to one amazing night at a Foo Fighters concert at the Sprint Center in Kansas City.

The young boy had been playing guitar for just two years before being called up on the stage by lead singer Dave Grohl. That’s when Collier was handed a guitar and given the chance to play for 15,000 screaming fans.

The fifth-grader had no clue he would end up on the stage when he arrived at the concert that night, but that’s exactly what happened. When Grohl called him up on the stage, he asked Collier what songs he knew. He said he knew a lot of Metallica songs.

That’s when Grohl told him to hit it and Collier jumped right in playing “Enter Sandman.” Grohl piped in with the lyrics and Taylor Hawkins accompanied on the drums.

They did one verse and the chorus before Grohl stopped and asked the pint-sized guitarist what else he knew. Collier played the opening notes to “Welcome Home (Sanitarium)” and “Wherever I May Roam.”

It was at that point that Grohl claimed that Collier knew more than he did. Then Grohl did something that shocked Collier. He pointed at the Pelham Blue Gibson guitar that he had loaned to Collier and asked him if he wanted to keep it.

In disbelief, Grohl explained that the tour was almost over so he could take it. Not only did Collier walk off the stage with an epic experience he’ll never forget, but a guitar that belonged to the Foo Fighters.

Of course, the video of Collier’s experience has gone viral, and this is what he had to say about it. “Metallica knows who I am. The Foo Fighters know who I am. Dave Grohl gave me a guitar. I’ve played at the Sprint Center. I think my bucket list is done.”
