A disturbing piece of video footage is going viral showing a female passenger giving herself a pedicure on a crowded airplane that was flying 36,000 feet in the air.
The unnamed passenger was onboard a Delta Air Lines flight from New York’s JFK Airport to Boston when she started using a foot file to grate the dead skin off her feet as her fellow passengers looked on in horror.
The video has gone viral, getting over 130,000 views since it was posted on the “Passenger Shaming” Instagram page.
The woman can be seen resting her foot against the chair in front and unapologetically giving herself a pedicure despite having a passenger sitting right next to her. Internet users everywhere have agreed that what the woman did was disgusting and a health concern.
“How is [she] even allowed to do that! Disgusting and I would have raised hell if I were sitting next [to] her. YUCK!!” one user wrote, with another adding, “Are you kidding me???? I am seriously losing all hope in humanity.”
“There needs to be “NO GROOMING”signs in public. Do that at home. Nasty…” added another user.
It never ceases to amaze me the disgusting things that some people will do on airplanes. What happened to the good old days when people got dressed up to fly with dignity and class on airplanes?!
