When most people think of centenarians, they think of people who have drastically slowed down in life. However, 106 year-old Jack Reynolds isn’t having any of this, and he’s showing the world that age is just a number!
Despite the fact that he is a great great grandfather who is at a very advanced age, Jack is living a more exciting life than many of us are! He has spent the last few years becoming a Guinness World Record holder of several achievements. Most recently, Jack broke yet another record when he became the oldest person to ride a zip line!
Jack has started a tradition where he rises to a new challenge on his birthday each year. Two years ago, he became the oldest person to get a tattoo, and last year, he became the oldest person to ride a rollercoaster. This year, he set his sights on becoming the oldest person to ever ride a zip line!
Not only is Jack doing all of this to have fun, he also has a bigger goal in mind to help others!
“He just decided to use his old age to make money for charity, that’s his main motive but in the meantime, he is getting a lot of fun out of it,” Jack’s daughter said.
On top of that, Jack is showing the world that your adventurous spirit does not have to leave you with age. A person is never too old to conquer a challenge or have a good time!
