There’s one thing that tends to warm the hearts of everyone and that is listening to their favorite song. Which is why the video below of a young girl singing to her grandfather has been watched millions of times.

In hopes of cheering up her ailing father, Kayla Hartman and her daughter sang a heartwarming rendition of The Judds hit country song “Grandpa.”

As the music begins, grandpa is awake and aware of what is going on. The duet is caught on video as the two begin singing and it’s easy to see why everyone is having such an emotional reaction to the video.

It truly tugs at your heart strings because most of us can relate to exactly what is going on in the video. Hartman admits that watching the video makes her break down in the middle of it, but says her dad loved every minute of the music.
