A nationwide restaurant chain has just announced an offer that is raising eyebrows all over the country.

The offer is that if you visit Port City Tattoo in Long Beach, California on Saturday, you can get the Arby’s corporate logo tattooed onto your body for free! Arby’s is saying that this offer gives you the chance to have a “sandwich for life” in the form of ink on your skin.

Domino’s Pizza in Russia made a similar offer earlier this month, in which the pizza chain offered lifelong free pizza to anyone who tattooed the company’s logo onto their body. Though they intended to run this offer for months, they had to cut it short because so many people were doing it that they feared the marketing campaign would end up hurting their bottom dollar.

“More than a million people would have come to demand pizzas,” explained Natalia Koshkina. “After all, this is Russia.”

While branding your body with the logo of a fast food chain may seem nonsensical to many of us, this Arby’s deal may get more interest than we would think. American Academy of Pediatrics stated that the popularity of piercing and tattoos among teenagers and adults is at an all-time high, with 38% of Americans between the age of 18 and 29 sporting ink. Some people get tattoos of something meaningful in their lives, but clearly, others get logos tattooed on their body in exchange for free food!
