Flight delays are one of the most frustrating parts about traveling. There can be numerous reasons behind these delays including weather or mechanical problems, but they are always sure to leave travelers grumpy.
During a recent flight out of Dallas, Texas, passengers were livid as they sat in the terminal after their flight had been delayed for six hours. Suddenly, a dance troupe decided to lighten the mood in an epic way.

The Funkywunks are a hip-hop dance troupe made up of dancers aged 17 to 28 from Orlando, Florida. The dance group was the U.S. All Star Federation champions in 2015, and they were on “World of Dance” earlier this year. When they found themselves delayed for hours, they decided it was the perfect opportunity to perform!

The troupe began to dance to the extended dance version of the Bruno Mars song, “Uptown Funk.” It ended up being the perfect antidote to get rid of the negative energy in the room.

In the video below, you’ll see people in the airport gathering around the troupe to watch. It’s not every day that you have the opportunity to see a performance of this caliber at an airport!

“Delayed Flight for 6 hours in Dallas. Many angry
& tired passengers,” the Funkywunks posted on Facebook alongside the video. “Soooo Funkywunks sprung into action to do what we do BEST!!! Entertain and put smiles back on their faces
!”

This is sure to bring a smile to your face regardless of what mood you are in! Check out the amazing performance in the video below!
