Kids have a natural ability to pick a kind person out of a crowd, which is exactly what happened when Isaiah and his aunt went to a high school football game. During a lull in the game, Isaiah spotted a woman and was immediately drawn to her.

Now her reaction to him has gone viral for all the right reasons. Isaiah’s aunt, Star, managed to capture their heartwarming reaction to each other and shared it to social media.

The post read, “I don’t know who this lady is, but if you know her, tell her she’s awesome. Isaiah walked up to her at our last home game two weeks ago. He sat on their lap and they were talking like they knew each other. It lasted no more than 20 minutes.”

But that’s just the beginning of the two story. The two had met two weeks earlier and fast forward to tonight. Isaiah spotted the woman again just a few minutes after arriving at another game. She waved and he made his way up to her.

“Isaiah walked right up to her smiling, crawled in her lap, and laid his head down on her shoulder. She welcomed him with open arms. This lady patted and rocked Isaiah to sleep like she had given birth to him. It was the sweetest! We asked her if she wanted us to get him, but she kept telling us she (and he) was fine!”

With all of the talk of racial tension that’s going on in the news, it’s nice to see pictures like this. It goes to show that color doesn’t matter to most Americans. After Star posted the photos on social media they found out some more information about the woman and Star shared an update.

“We found out who she is. Her name is Mrs. Angela. She’s such a sweet lady, y’all! It’s awesome how God connects people together for whatever reason,” said Star’s post. To make things even sweeter, Angela wanted to thank the one being who was responsible for her big heart.

“To God be all praise, glory, and honor. I am overwhelmed with emotions today as I have read the post Star Balloon-Bradley shared,” said Mrs. Angela. “Isaiah is absolutely adorable! I pray people will think of Jesus in all this and know His love is beyond measure.”

Angela didn’t have to talk to Isaiah, let alone cuddle the toddler on her lap, but thanks to God’s love she was able to show kindness and compassion to a sleepy little one. Star’s message was also important.
