Landry James has been surrounded by women his entire life. He’s the only male in his family and has two sisters, four daughters, and two granddaughters. While having that many women around him may seem like a good deal to some people, Landry says it gets lonely sometimes.

However, things are about to change for him. One of his daughters, Carie Elbe, found out she was expecting a boy, but decided to keep it a secret from her dad until the day her son was born.

So when Carie’s delivery rolled around, the entire family was on hand to share the good news. They were anxious to learn the baby’s gender and celebrate the blessing of a healthy baby.

But Grandpa Landry’s reaction when he finds out the baby is a boy is something they’ll all remember forever. Carie and her family had kept the news a secret the entire pregnancy, even to the point she had told Landry she was having another girl.
