Tim Conway is known for being one of the funniest stars that Hollywood has ever seen. Now, fans everywhere are praying for him as he continues to suffer from dementia.

Fans were devastated to learn from the comedic actor’s daughter Kelly Conway that he is “almost entirely unresponsive.” It was also revealed that Kelly is odds with her father’s wife, Charlene, about the decisions made in regard to Conway’s health.

Last week, 88-year-old comedic legend Bob Newhart spoke out to give fans an update about Conway, who is a longtime friend of his. Newhart made sure to assure Conway’s fans that Conway is currently receiving the best of care.

“To the many fans and friends of Tim Conway,” Newhart posted on Twitter. “We have been best friends with Charlene and Tim for many years and want to assure you that he is receiving the most devoted care. Sincerely, Ginnie and Bob Newhart.”

A representative for Kelly also released a statement thanking fans for their support.

“Kelly Conway wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support for her dad and cannot make any statements at this moment due to a pending court date,” the spokesman said.

Best known for his roles on “McHale’s Navy” and “The Carol Burnett Show,” Conway has won six Emmy awards and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 2002. Please keep Tim Conway in your thoughts and prayers!
