Couples don’t generally like it when someone steals the spotlight from them during their wedding. However, it’s hard to be mad when the spotlight stealer is an adorably happy dog!

Angie Blumberg and Jayce Conway were saying their wedding vows when their yellow Labrador retriever Boone went into full celebration mode! He could not contain his excitement that his two favorite people were getting married!

Photographer Chris Davis of Salt Lake City, Utah managed to capture the adorable moment on camera, and it has since gone viral. The image shows Boone rolling around at the couple’s feet with his mouth wide open and his legs in the air. Angie explained that Boone began celebrating as they said their opening prayer, and he didn’t stop for the rest of the ceremony!

“He’s a really well-trained dog,” Jayce said. “I planned for him to stand between me and my brother. Boone was technically the best man, but he couldn’t really give a speech so I thought I should give my brother a shot.”

Angie and Jayce were married in Big Sky, Montana on June 28. They had been best friends since preschool, and their friendship evolved into a relationship five years ago. Angie took to social media to say that she had no problem with Boone upstaging her at her own wedding!

“It was totally Boone’s day! I’m happy with that!” she wrote.

It’s always nice to see a dog who loves his owners this much! It’s clear that this little family has many years of happiness ahead of them!
