It is estimated that there could be as many as one million species living in the world’s oceans. Some of the creatures are scary and we don’t want to be around them while others are friendly and adorable which most of us would love to interact with.

A snorkeler off the coast of Puerto Madryn, a city in Argentina, recently found himself having the encounter of a lifetime. This coast is full of friendly sea life including dolphins, penguins, whales, and sea lions.

Though seals and sea lions can be aggressive if you find them on land, they’re are actually very docile and friendly in water. They tend to playfully engage with humans and can get rather friendly and intimate in some instances.

This particular day, a snorkeler found himself having a dream come true. You can see in the video below when a sea lion plants a few kisses on the snorkeler’s cheek. Then he nibbles on his goggles and gives him a friendly hug.

Before long, a few more of the sea lion’s buddies come along to join their friend. It creates an amazing scene as the snorkelers interact with the sea lions.
