When “The Star Spangled Banner” began at a recent Patriots and Eagles football game, one of the littlest fans in the crowd couldn’t help but join in and sing along.
Three-year-old Garrett Spence proudly placed his hand over his heart and joined right in with Boston Police Officer Kim Tavares as she sang the national anthem to open the game.
The crowd fell silent to listen to her singing, but another voice rang through the crowd. Little Garrett sang with a passion that could have put most of us to shame. He sang so loud and proudly that everyone around him loved his patriotic performance.

It didn’t take long for his performance to go viral and to catch the attention of Tavares who was thrilled to find out she had a singing partner. As it turns out, Garrett’s parents are both Boston police officers too!
Check out the video below of this little dude’s display of patriotism and be sure to share it with your family and friends.
