Violet just might be the most amazing pugs around. She loves to snuggle, and luckily, her humans like to snuggle with her. They’re even willing to sleep on the floor in another room with her.

When Violet was first introduced to the family, she only seemed to win the heart of McKenna’s mother, but little by little, the whole house fell for her. Even McKenna’s dad warmed up to her by the end of the first week.

McKenna says that Violet grew more fond for him than any other member of the family, even though he took the longest to warm up to her. Eventually though, knowing how much she loved him, he decided to love her back and they became the best of friends.

Violent ended up joining McKenna’s parents in bed every single night, that is until recently. Violet had to have a surgical procedure, and although the procedure went smoothly, the recovery was slow.

She had to be completely healed before she could take a bath, and because she wasn’t clean, McKenna’s mom refused to let her in their bed. Instead of arguing with his wife, McKenna’s dad joined Violet on the floor.

He curled up next to her in the floor and slept there with her all night long. McKenna thought it was so adorable that she snuck in and snagged a picture of the tender moment.
