Meghan Markle turned 37 on Saturday, and experts are now saying that this age is crucial for royal women, as it is the age that they are finally able to relax.

Being a royal can be incredibly difficult since members of the royal family are constantly in the public eye. For royal women, their teens and twenties are full of insecurities, but by the time they are 37, they finally have it all figured out (supposedly).

Zara Tindall, a granddaughter of Queen Elizabeth, just gave birth to her second daughter Lena at the age of 37. She recently revealed that she had two miscarriages after the 2014 birth of her daughter Mia, and these tragedies had her retreating from public life. At 37, she is now enjoying life again with her husband and children.

Many royal women give birth at the age of 37. Queen Victoria was a month away from turning 38 when she gave birth to her youngest daughter, Princess Beatrice, in 1857. Queen Elizabeth was also 37 when she gave birth to her youngest son, Prince Edward, in 1964. This will come as good news to Meghan, who is said to be very eager to start a family with Prince Harry as soon as possible.

For Meghan, the age of 37 will likely be a time of learning. She has only been in the royal family for a few months, so she is undoubtedly still getting the hang of what life as a royal is like. We would like to wish her a very happy birthday, and we hope 37 is a great year for her!
