Nothing can ever prepare us for the loss of a loved one, especially if that loved one happens to be a parent or a child. For some people, however, they know their time is limited so they make lots of plans during their last days.
Bailey Sellers’ father was one of those people. The young girl from Knoxville, Tennessee, was just 16-years-old when her father died from pancreatic cancer. But because he knew his death was looming, he made plans to make sure his daughter was taken care of.
He did something exceptionally special to help her celebrate all of her upcoming milestones. He wanted her to know that although he wasn’t there in person, he wasn’t entirely absent from her life.

So for all of Bailey’s birthdays, he prepaid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered with a special note to her. The day she turned 21, was an exceptionally special delivery.
He sent her a very special letter with the flowers that said, “This is my last love letter to you until we meet again,” he wrote. “I do not want you to shed another tear for me my baby girl for I am in a better place.”

The letter went on to say, “Be happy and live life to the fullest. I will still be with you through every milestone, just look around and there I will be.”
What an amazing way to remind Bailey that her daddy will never be too far away. Check out the video below about Bailey and her amazing father and be sure to share it with your family and friends.
