A new study has just been released, and the results of it will come as no surprise to wives and mothers everywhere.
Married mothers have a ton on their plate everyday, as they feel pressure to be the best devoted wife, gourmet cook, caring mom and more. Though they often think of their children as sources of stress, it’s easy to forget that there husbands may actually be stressing them out as well.

At times, husbands can feel like another child rather than a life partner. In their marriages, women tend to feel like they have to be superwoman, as they have to play the roles of teacher, cook, maid, doctor, event planner, chauffeur, organizer, and more.

TODAY.com just conducted a survey of 7,000 mothers that found that the average mother has a stress level of 8.5 out of 10. A whopping 46% of those polled said that their partner actually caused more stress than their kids did.

Three out of four mothers polled stated that she is responsible for most of the parenting and household duties. They also said that they don’t feel like there is enough time in the day for them to get everything done that is expected of them.

The best way to solve this problem is to communicate with your partner and to make a list of duties so that you can split them up. Keep checking this list and making changes so that you can update it.
