Music is so powerful that it can get us through some of the most difficult times in our lives. Music has the power to not only touch the hearts of humans, but of animals as well.
A new video is going viral showing the amazing impact music has over a blind ginger cat, and it’s sure to bring tears to your eyes!
It all started when pianist Sarper Duman became a viral sensation after rescuing nine stray cats and posting videos to Instagram of the felines being soothed by his beautiful melodies.
It’s clear from Duman’s videos that the cats are loving his music and that the tunes are helping to calm them down.
Duman recently learned that his music is not only calming his own cats, but others as well when a fan sent him a touching video of his blind feline cuddling a cellphone as he listens to the pianist play.
The video opens with a cellphone leaned against a pillow showing one of Duman’s videos playing.
As the music begins to play, the cat reaches over and pulls the phone towards his face. He may not be able to see what’s going on, but he wants to bring the music even closer to him.
The cat proceeded to cuddle the cellphone, holding the music close to his heart!
“This has been the most touching message I’ve ever received,” Duman wrote when he shared the video. “This beautiful blind cat’s name is Namik. They say he acts that way whenever he is shown my videos.”
The power of music never ceases to amaze me!
