Autism is a developmental disorder that makes it difficult for those who suffer from it to communicate and socialize with other people. Despite having to deal with this disability, autistic people can also have some very surprising talents and strengths that can leave those around them stunned.
An 11 year-old boy who suffers from autism recently left a college class stunned after a New York professor invited him to her class. Once there, the little boy got up on a chair and drew a map of the world that was incredibly accurate on the dry erase board.
One of the students was so impressed that he snapped photos of the board and posted them to Reddit, where they quickly went viral. Making this even more impressive is the fact that the boy drew this map completely from memory!

The map is so detailed that it shows even the smallest islands and peninsulas. Every continent is also appropriately and accurately spaced from one another!

On top of all of that, the boy labeled everything perfectly!

Most adults could not have drawn a map this accurately, but this little boy can! What many people do not know about autism is that those who suffer from it often have photographic memories that make them extremely intelligent. Having this kind of memory makes it so that autistic sufferers can do many things that the rest of us cannot.
