All dogs who have been abandoned at animal shelters want nothing more than to be adopted into a loving forever home. When the dog in this video was finally adopted, he wanted to show his new mom how grateful he was to her, and he decided to do so in a truly touching way.

This adorable dog had been abused by his previous owner, and he was found by his rescuers tied up to a chain. Despite everything this dog went through in his life, he still had a lot of love to give. When this woman saw him in the shelter, she knew she had to have him, so she adopted him immediately and brought him home with her.

As they drove to her house, the dog cuddled up to the woman and nuzzled his head against her. The woman was so touched by this that she began to sob, completely overwhelmed by feelings of love.

The dog tried to comfort her, but she continued to cry as she thought about all the abuse that the canine had suffered in his past. Though the dog is the one who has been through so much, he still feels that it is his responsibility to comfort the woman in her time of need. It’s very hard to watch this video without breaking down in tears yourself!
