Do you remember the iconic house that was the home of the 1970’s sitcom “The Brady Bunch?” If you do, it can now belong to you. The Los Angeles home that was used for exterior shots in the classic sitcom is up for sale.

The house, located in the Colfax Meadows neighborhood, was only used for exterior shots. The interior scenes of the sitcom were filmed in a studio. The house still features 70’s style decor that can be yours for a shopping $1.885 million.

Ernie Carswell, a Douglas Elliman agent who is listing the property, says the interior of the home is a time capsule for 1970’s design, although it doesn’t look at all like the inside of the sitcom that we all know and loved.

The home features a rock-wall fireplace and wood-paneled walls. It is the second most photographed home in the United States after the White House. Carswell said the owners are most interested in buyers who want to preserve the home’s legacy, rather than a developer who would want to tear it down and build a new home.

“We’re not going to accept the first big offer from a developer who wants to tear it down,” he said. We’re going to wait a few days in case there are others who want to purchase it as an investment to preserve it.”
