Dogs have been dubbed man’s best friend for a reason. They are by our side and keep us company through all our ups and downs. For one neighborhood pooch, not even a fence could keep him from playing with one of his best buds.

In the video below, you will see Chad Nelson’s two-year-old son run toward the fence in his back yard with a ball. At first glimpse, you wonder why exactly he’d want to throw his ball over the fence into the neighbor’s yard.

Then, all of a sudden something happens. You can just barely get a glimpse of what is happening on the other side of the fence, but then a nose pops above the fence with the ball and drops the ball back onto the little tot’s side of the fence.

Nelson, who lives in Savage, Minnesota, says his neighbors dog, Dozer, loves playing catch with his son. You can barely see Dozer on the other side of the fence as he happily awaits the ball that he knows is coming, catches it, and then jumps up on the fence to return it.
