Traveling on the road with speeding drivers can be extremely dangerous. We all know that. But slow motorists can be a threat too, not to mention extremely frustrating. When this cop spotted an elderly gentleman going under the speed limit, he just couldn’t help but vent his frustration to the camera in his patrol car.
While patrolling, the police officer saw the very old “grandpa” in front of him. He kept his eyes on him because technically he wasn’t breaking the speed limit. Deputy Brian Bowman finally confronted the slow “driver” and then took to his camera to vent.
He expresses his annoyance by saying this guy is literally going 1 mph in a 30 mph zone. He says that the guy is about 100-years-old, which would explain why the guy is going so slow in the first place. Then the officer goes on to explain that the guy shouldn’t be on the roadways at all.

It sounds like Officer Bowman was really stuck in a bad situation. He explains that when he went to talk to the “grandpa” that he was snapped at. You really start to feel bad for the officer, that is until he turns to reveal who exactly is the “grandpa” he’s referring to.
Check out the video below and see for yourself what you think of the situation. This is one extremely special “grandpa” and you won’t be able to keep from smiling. The video is spot on and absolutely hilarious. Be sure to share this story with your family and friends too.
