Every morning, and sometimes even at lunch and dinner, a woman steps outside and calls for someone special. It may take her a few minutes, but then there’s rustling from the woods nearby and that special someone appears.

The young deer that pops out of the woods comes running like a dog when called to. The woman says the baby was alone and lost after hunters killed her mother. Shortly after, the woman met the deer and she decided to feed her and care for her.

The two have formed an incredible bond and the deer comes to her house to get a bottle several times a day. The deer that the woman calls baby girl even joins her in the kitchen to patiently wait while her adopted mom fixes a bottle.

It’s like something straight out of a fairy tale. It’s very clear by the actions of the little doe that she sees the woman as a mother figure and her protector. The bond they have is truly something magnificent.
