Millions of Americans struggle with losing weight. For people who don’t have enough money to afford a gym membership, the process of losing weight is even more difficult. Now, however, a story is going viral about a young woman who was able to lose 60 pounds by following one simple routine that did not involve a gym!

Kaylene Vymola, 21, was ecstatic when her boyfriend proposed to her, as she could not wait to marry the love of her life!

When Kaylene planned her honeymoon to the beaches of Mexico, she immediately started to get anxiety about the fact that she would have to wear a bathing suit. Not feeling confident in her beach body, Kaylene made a resolution to herself that she would lose weight by the time her honeymoon rolled around.

Kaylene weighed 175 pounds when she began her weight loss journey. Not being able to afford a gym membership, Kaylene simply started using her lunch breaks at work to walk every day.

“Every day after work I would go for an hour long walk through my neighborhood,” Kaylene said. “Honestly I didn’t feel that I needed to go to the gym. I didn’t want to spend money on it.”

She started walking just short distances, then started going longer and longer. When she started to see results, Kaylene became even more motivated to keep walking! She combined her walking with a healthy diet, and the pounds started falling off of her!

Kaylene succeeded in losing 60 pounds, and she looks amazing today!

“I feel a lot better now. I feel much more confident, not only in my looks but in my personality,” Kaylene said. “I feel like I can talk to more people.”
