Earlier this month, we reported that the singers Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton had finally tied the knot in Oklahoma. Now, Stefani has broken her silence after the wedding, and it’s clear that she could not be any happier.

While appearing on the “Tell Me About It with Jade Iovine” podcast this week, Stefani said that she is feeling “total honeymoon vibes right now” and that she is overjoyed with how her wedding played out.

“It was literally the greatest moment… one of the greatest moments of my life, obviously,”  said of the wedding, which took place in a chapel Shelton built for the occasion at his Oklahoma ranch. “It was beyond what I thought it was gonna be.”

Stefani, 51, went on to say that while marriage is not something she expected at this point in life, she has never been more at peace than she is right now.

“I just feel so lucky. One of those things that you think about a lot in your life, is you don’t know the future and you don’t know what’s gonna happen, but I feel like my spiritual journey has really guided me towards this place and this place of peace,” Stefani said. “Now I need to figure out how to do the rest of my life.”

Stefani explained that much of this peace comes from Shelton, who she said is “very real and consistent.”

“That man is the same guy you see, no matter who he’s with, what he’s doing,” the former No Doubt singer gushed. “I look at him sleeping, and he’s the same guy. And he’s very real and consistent and genuine. It’s what is so attractive and why people love him so much.”

This comes after sources spoke out to say that Stefani and Shelton’s wedding was absolutely perfect.

“It was absolutely a picture-perfect intimate wedding with family. Everyone at the wedding was so thrilled to see Gwen and Blake finally get married,” one source told Entertainment Tonight.  “They have been talking about a wedding for so long and wanted nothing more than to officially call themselves a family. It was a fairy-tale experience even for the guests.”
