Last month, we reported that the infamous Casey Anthony had been involved in a bar fight in Florida with another woman who poured a drink on her leg as they fought over a mutual ex-boyfriend. Now, the woman who poured the drink on Anthony is speaking out to claim that it was all a “publicity stunt” for a new documentary.

Thelma Moya told Fox News that Anthony’s account of what happened between them at the bar shows how “miserable” the controversial figure is, and how desperate she is to “keep her name relevant.”

“It’s all an act, she’s starved for attention, and seeking to get the publicity she desires,” Moya revealed, citing Anthony allegedly working on a new documentary about the murder of her daughter Caylee. “Truth is, it just proves how miserable she is, this isn’t just over an ex we both dated in the past. Her losing control, her unknowing of my current life, or what I’m doing, has her to do things like this.”

“Just like her incident report, and the camera footage, it’ll just be another lie,” Moya added.

Though Anthony claimed that she was attacked by at O’Shea’s Irish Pub, Moya said that it was actually Anthony who was the “antagonizer.” She added that Anthony admitted to a close friend the next morning that she was the one who started the fight.

The 911 call from the night of the fight includes Anthony describing the altercation as “harassment on top of the repeat offense,” but Moya said that she thinks the word “harassment” is a major stretch. She fired back by saying that Anthony “forgot to mention” how she had tried to insert herself into Moya’s inner circle multiple times and even “spitefully” slept with her best friend.

“The only thing from that video that we can both agree on is that it needs to stop,” she said. “She needs to leave me alone and move on with her life.”

As for Moya’s side of the story, she said, “I walked over to her and flipped my cup on the table where Casey played poker and since Casey was seated – the alcoholic beverage got on her. Oops?”

“If I wanted to pour a drink on her, I would have walked over and poured it on her head,” she continued.

Anthony is seen as a controversial figure, as she was acquitted ten years ago in the murder of her 2 year-old daughter Caylee. Despite this, many feel that Anthony did indeed kill her daughter, and that she got away with murder.

Anthony was convicted in 2011 of four misdemeanor counts of lying to police during their investigation into the murder, but she was acquitted of all serious charges. She was sentenced to four years in jail, but ended up serving only a few weeks due to credit for time served. She was released in July of 2011, and was spotted drinking a Corona just hours later as she got on a private jet.
