On Sunday night, the first trailer was released for the tell-all interview that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are participating in with Oprah Winfrey. Royal fans immediately noticed that Meghan made a point of honoring her late mother-in-law Princess Diana by wearing her bracelet.

In the clips, Meghan can be seen wearing Diana’s diamond tennis bracelet for the interview, which is set to air next Sunday on CBS. Meghan also wore a gorgeous black Armani gown with Aquazzura heels and a Cartier Love bracelet alongside Diana’s own Cartier piece.

Harry mentions Diana multiple times in the trailer.

“My biggest concern was history repeating itself,” he said, likely referring to Diana’s tragic death in 1997, when she was in a car accident in Paris, France after being chased by members of the paparazzi.

“For me, I’m just really relieved and happy to be sitting here, talking to you with my wife by my side,” Harry said at another point in the trailer. “Because I can’t begin to imagine what it must have been like for her going through this process by herself all those years ago. Because it has been unbelievably tough for the two of us, but at least we have each other.”

Winfrey made it clear that this would be a no holds barred interview when she said, “I just want to make it clear to everybody there is no subject that’s off-limits.”

“Were you silent or were you silenced?” she told Meghan later in the clip. At one point, she also told both Meghan and Harry, “Almost unsurvivable sounds like there was a breaking point.”

The clip ended with Winfrey saying, “You’ve said some pretty shocking things here.”

Gayle King, Oprah’s best friend, has said that “nothing is off limits” in this interview.

“I know she’s been working on the questions all weekend long,” King said of Winfrey. “I’m told nothing is off limits, nothing is off limits. She can ask anything she wants.”

The royal family is undoubtedly nervous about what Harry and Meghan will say in this interview, as tensions between them have been high. It’s also been reported that Harry and Meghan didn’t give his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, a heads up before agreeing to this interview.
