Marie Osmond remarried her first husband Steve Craig back in 2011, just over 25 years after they divorced. A decade later, Osmond is saying that they are “loving” being together in quarantine amidst the coronavirus pandemic.

“We have spent so much time together … it’s almost like we feel like we’re making up for the 25 years we were apart,” Osmond, 61, told Closer Weekly. “For example, we went to L.A. and we sold my house there and it was just the two of us packing it up. We loved it.”

She added that she and Craig have a lot of trips planned for the future.

“He’s at an age now where he can buy a lifetime membership to the National Parks,” Osmond said, adding that they bought an annual pass for themselves for Christmas. “So that’s what we’re doing.”

Osmond went on to explain that she learned a lot last year, and as she was packing up her house, she had a sense of realization that there were things she needed to “let go of.”

“2020 was such a great year to really look at things that you needed to disconnect from and let it go,” she said. “The distractions that really aren’t necessary in life and you recognize the things that matter most.”

Osmond and Craig first married back in 1982, but they divorced three years later. She went on to marry the actor Brian Blosil, but they divorced in 2007 after being married for 21 years. She then reconnected with her first love Craig, and they have been making up for lost time ever since!

“Just spending that time together is so much fun,” she said.

These days, with her children out of the house and her career slowing down, Osmond is enjoying getting to focus all of her energy on Craig.

“What’s fun is that I can focus in and then I can go play, and that’s never been my life,” she said. “My life has always been [go, go, go]. So that’s what I’m doing with my husband, and we’re loving it.”

“The thing about a second marriage is that you realize things you thought were so important, aren’t,” she recently told People Magazine. “I love being with my husband. He is the sweetest man I know. He lives to serve and really listens to people’s needs.”
