The country music legend Dolly Parton celebrated turning 75 on Tuesday, and to celebrate the occasion, she asked for just one thing from her fans: kindness.

“This year my birthday wish is a call for kindness,” the iconic entertainer wrote on Twitter. “We can’t just hope for a brighter day, we have to work for a brighter day. Love too often gets buried in a world of hurt and fear. So today, January 19th, let’s get to unearthing love.”

Last year, Parton had said that she hoped to celebrate her 75th birthday by posing for Playboy, something she had previously done in 1978.

“I plan to be on the cover of Playboy magazine again,” Parton told Closer Weekly. “I did Playboy magazine years ago and I thought it’d be such a hoot if they’ll go for it, if I could be on the cover again when I’m 75!”

At the time of this writing, there’s no word on whether or not Parton went through with her Playboy plan.

Despite being 75, Parton has no plans for retirement anytime soon, explaining that “As long as I’m living, I’m working.”

“She has the energy of a 30-year-old,” an insider added. “What many people don’t know about Dolly is that she literally can’t sit still. When you’re around her, there’s never a dull moment.”

Birthday wishes have been pouring in for Parton from many famous folks.

“Happy Birthday to the one and only, @DollyParton,” tweeted Tennessee Governor Bill Lee. You’re a Tennessee treature, and @MariaLeeTN and I hope you have a wonderful birthday.”

“There is only one Dolly.. Happy Birthday to the awesome Queen Of Country Music Dolly Parton,” wrote comedian Loni Love, with actor Colin Hanks adding, “Happy birthday to Dolly Parton. A once in a lifetime talent, with a generous heart, a drive like no other, and the absolute queen of one liners.”

“It’s @DollyParton’s birthday and I am totally wigging out!!!” late night host Jimmy Fallon wrote, with the Bellamy Brothers tweeting a photo of themselves with Parton alongside the caption, “Happy Birthday to one of our favorite duet partners, Dolly Parton.”

Despite being 75, Parton still looks as youthful as ever, and Fox News reported that she credits this to “good lighting, good makeup and good doctors.”

“And a good attitude don’t hurt either,” the icon added.
