Sadie Robertson of “Duck Dynasty” fame announced last month that she is expecting her first child with her husband of one year, Christian Huff. On Monday, the 23 year-old Sadie took to Instagram to post a hilarious photo in which she and her husband recreated a pregnancy photo taken by her parents, Willie and Korie Robertson, back in the 1990s.
The original photo shows Korie and Willie standing on a beach when they were expecting a baby. Korie can be seen wearing a light blue one-piece bathing suit, while Willie is showing his goofy side in a blue floral shirt with his stomach sticking out.
Sadie cleverly recreated the photo by showing off her baby bump while she wore a blue and white striped one-piece bathing suit. Meanwhile, Christian playfully stuck his belly out while he was donning a similar Hawaiian shirt to Willie’s.
“Mom and dad your pose was truly timeless,” Sadie captioned the photo.

Willie made it clear in the comments section that he loved their recreation of the photo.
“THE BEST,” Willie commented. “This is my favorite tradition. YALL ARE ADORABLE!”
Sadie’s sister Rebecca commented as well, writing, “TIMELESS ICONS!”
Sadie announced her pregnancy to the world in early October, posting a photo to Instagram of her sonogram.
“SCREAMING WITH EXCITEMENT TO SHARE THIS NEWS! Baby we already adore you,” she captioned the photo.
“We are thankful to be carrying a miracle into the world! Baby, you are already loved and already believed in,” Sadie added. “Can’t wait to welcome you into the world with all the joy, hope, and excitement you will bring into the life of so many by your miraculous incredible life.”
Sadly, Sadie revealed that she had been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19.
“Life update: I’m not going to lie, this has been one of the most challenging things. I got Covid-19 and ended up getting very sick,” she aptioned a photo of herself in a hospital bed. “I know everyone experiences covid differently, but wow these symptoms are wild. I’ve definitely struggled through this one!”

Sadie made sure to add that fans should not worry too much about her and her baby, as “thankfully baby Huff is doing great and healthy, and I am now healing as well.”
