An absurd video is going viral this week showing a man catch a football with his feet.

Old Row Sports tweeted out the video in which a man manages to catch a football while doing a cartwheel through a backyard. If that sounds crazy to you, just wait until you see the video, because it’s even more insane than you could ever imagine!

I’ve seen more football games than I can count, but I’ve never seen a catch like that one. Even the most seasoned NFL players would not be able to catch a football in that way!

If I even tried to carry out that stunt myself, I would fall flat on my face! It took some serious guts for this guy to even attempt to do it, and the fact that he was then able to carry it out successfully is beyond impressive.

This comes after as the NFL is back in full swing following a hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic. Executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent announced this week that the league is considering possibilities for a postseason bubble that would further protect players, coaches and staff members from COVID-19.

Vincent said that this idea was floated by New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton during a recent competition meeting.

“We didn’t use the term ‘bubble,’ but that ‘secure environment’ to make sure that there is no risk from the outside as teams start making that [playoff] drive…” Vincent said, according to ESPN. “We did tell Coach Payton that it was something that both [chief medical officer Allen] Sills and the teams would explore. These are things that we just have to be flexible on.”

These kinds of bubbles that isolate players, coaches, and essential staff members from the public amidst the coronavirus pandemic have been effective for the NBA, WNBA, NHL and professional soccer. The NFL considered but eventually decided against a bubble for the season, citing the relative practicality of what would be at least six months of isolation.  Instead, the league created what has been described as a virtual football bubble” that consists of strict protocols at team facilities and potential player discipline for risky behavior when away from it.
