Earlier this week, it was reported that Hollywood star Brad Pitt, 56, had started dating 27 year-old Nicole Poturalski. Now, fans have been shocked to learn that Poturalski is actually currently married to another man, and that she has an open marriage with him.

Daily Mail reported that Pitt was immediately taken with Poturalski when he met her at a high class Berlin restaurant that is owned by her husband, 68 year-old Roland Mary. Pitt had been going to the restaurant Borchardt and known Mary ever since he spent time in the city filming the 20o9 movie Inglourious Basterds.

Pitt returned to the restaurant last August while promoting his movie Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, and he quickly fell in love with Poturalski. One year later, Pitt and Poturalski are very much in love, and they are currently vacationing at his luxury £50 million Chateau Miraval in the south of France.

“Brad Pitt first met Nicole [Poturalski] in August last year at Borchardt which is her husband Roland’s restaurant,” a friend of Poturalski’s said. “Brad Pitt has been coming to Borchardt for years. He knows Roland [Mary] and Nicole was at the restaurant when he came to celebrate his new film.”

“Brad was introduced to Roland’s wife Nicole [Poturalski] and she passed him her number,” the friend added. “Nicole travels a lot for her work as a fashion model and he connected with Brad Pitt while she was in LA for work.”

Poturalski is still married to Mary, and has a 7 year-old son with him named Emil. Mary refused to discuss his wife’s relationship with Pitt, only saying “no comment” when contacted by reporters.

“Roland is a very philosophical guy,” a friend of the restaurant owner’s said. “He has been married several times and has five children. He is not interested in negativity or jealousy. They are still married but you could describe their relationship as an ‘open marriage.'”

Pitt’s representatives refused to comment on the relationship as well. He has been embroiled in a divorce from his wife Angelina Jolie since 2016 that is still ongoing at this time. Prior to his marriage to Jolie, he was married to “Friends” star Jennifer Aniston.
