Pamela Anderson celebrated her 53rd birthday on Wednesday by posting a throwback photo of herself that left nothing to the imagination.
Anderson took to Instagram to celebrate her birthday by posting a racy photo of herself laying on her stomach surrounded by flowers.
“Thank you for all the birthday wishes …” she captioned the image.
The former Playboy mode, who was born in Canada, also shared a sexy black and white photo of herself in celebration of Canada Day.
“Happy [Canada] day!” Anderson captioned it.
This comes weeks after Anderson was asked by Fox News if she’d ever do another Playboy photoshoot, as she’s already done a record-breaking fourteen covers for the magazine.
“Oh gosh, wouldn’t that be ridiculous?” she said. “Oh boy, I don’t think so, but I’ve said that 10 times ago!”
She also talked about conversations she’d have with the late Hugh Hefner, who started Playboy.
“He’d say, ‘This is the reason I made the magazine was for a girl like you. Someone who’s interested in the world and art and fashion and people and music and just hungry for information and living a sexy life,'” Anderson remembered.
Anderson has been staying busy in quarantine over the past few weeks as the creative director of Jasmin, a webcam site that links experts and personalities with members from all over the globe.
This job allows her to connect with people from all different backgrounds who can ask her whatever they want.
“It’s a great opportunity to talk about anything people feel passionate about, from activism to health and beauty and romance and dating, just anything you can think of,” she said. “I’m really excited about it.”
Though she is known as an international sex symbol, Anderson has said that she was not always confidant in her body.
“I was painfully, painfully shy but you probably won’t believe it,” Anderson said.
“But I got over it. I really hated that feeling. I realized that nobody cares as much about what you’re wearing or what you look like other than you. Nobody cares as much as you do. You’re your own worst critic.”
“You always feel good if you just do it, just do something you really want to do,” she added.
“Afterward, you’re so glad you did that. I always say paint your own picture and what you want your life to look like and who you want to be because society tells us we have to be a certain way and we really don’t have to be. There’s really no rules.”
