Pop singer Taylor Swift just stepped up to give a nurse who is fighting coronavirus on the frontlines a birthday present that she surely will never forget.

Whitney Hilton is a huge fan of Swift who took to Twitter to share photos of the box of merchandise the singer sent to her along with a personalized, handwritten note.

“HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! I wanted to send you some presents and to let you know I am so grateful for you,” the note read. “I can’t thank you enough for risking your life to help people and for spreading the message loudly that people need to hear, about taking this seriously.”

“Also, I saw the photo of you from my show!” the note continued. “Thank you for coming!! I would love to give you a hug next time and thank you in person. With love and admiration, Taylor.”

The note clearly made Hilton’s day, as she captioned it, “I need to PUBLICLY THANK TAYLOR SWIFT @taylorswift & @taylornation13 @treepaine for sending me a box full of Merch & a PERSONALIZED LETTER from Taylor herself for my 30th birthday/for going to NYC to help as a nurse. This was quite literally the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE.”

Hilton, who had traveled to New York City to offer her help as a nurse amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, later added a video that showed her get surprised with Swift’s gift at what appears to be a family party. In the video, Hilton can be seen jumping up and down upon realizing what the gift is before collapsing in excitement.

“THANK YOU @taylorswift FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!!!” she captioned it. “I apologize for the out of body experience you are about to  see.. I needed to CALM DOWN.”

God bless Swift for taking the time to do something kind for a fan who is risking her life to help others right now!
