Fashion designer Vera Wang found herself becoming a viral sensation this week after she showed off her abs in new photos, leaving fans stunned to learn that she is 70 years-old.
Wang looked decades younger than her age as she posed in an orange sports bra and white shorts from her home in Miami, Florida for a new photoshoot.
“Vera Wang is almost 71, thats insane. She looks about 20,” one social media user commented on Twitter. Another fan posted side-by-side photos from 1978 and 2020, saying “Vera Wang is ageless.”

When one fan asked Wang how they could get their “stomach to be like yours,” she replied, “Work, sleep, a vodka cocktail, not much sun.”
Back in 2016, Wang told Harper’s BAZAAR U.S. that she “usually lift weights” each day but “not much — two pounds and three pounds. It takes me a total of five minutes.” She added that she also enjoys bike riding and playing golf, and that she tries to eat healthy.
“I go through phases with what I eat for lunch: I like sashimi with brown rice and vegetables, Chinese steamed broccoli with chicken and rice, or the artichoke salad or fish from Sant Ambroeus,” Wang said.

These days, Wang said she only drinks water after she stopped drinking Diet Coke, which she described as “the hardest thing I ever gave up.” She has been working in the fashion industry for decades, starting her career at Vogue Magazine before moving on to Ralph Lauren, according to Fox News. After two years with the brand, Wang left to launch her very own brand at 40 years of age, and she has been one of the most sought after fashion designers in the world ever since.
