There are a ton of reasons why school principals might get the sack, but we’re going to be honest — this is a new one.

Not only was this lady a principal she was a kindergarten principal… YIKES!

There were 500 children aged 3-6-year-old and 100 parents in attendance as Lai Rong as she put on a show that will probably scar most of those kids for the rest of their lives.

Apparently, the event is part of a ceremony commemorating the start of a new school year in China. Each year, the school, located in the southern province of Guangdong, holds a special ceremony to welcome students and their families. This is when the principal gives a “motivational” speech.

Rong pole danced on a flagpole and now she doesn’t have a job.

Parents and children at the Xinshahui  in Shenzhen performed a routine on the flagpole, located out in the school’s courtyard. Several parents recorded the incident, where one can clearly see the pole, the Chinese flag, and a woman spinning around in the air.

The videos are now going viral on social media showing off her “excellent skills”.

So before our kids got out of kindergarten for the summer, there was 10 days of military "activities" and displays of machine guns and mortars at the door; now the principal has welcomed them back with a strip pole dance on the flagpole bearing the PRC flag. In a statement, the local education bureau stated that the district believes the actions were not appropriate and the school has been asked to apologize to the students and the parents. Safe to say the school has a new principal, now.
