Harvey Weinstein apparently partied too hard the night before his rape trial, because he appeared to have fallen asleep.

Huh, you’d think that someone going through something as serious as a rape trial would maybe skip having a Super Bowl party, but who knows?

The disgraced film exec looked like he dozed off several times on Monday during the testimony of former actor Jessica Mann, who cried so uncontrollably during cross-examination that the judge ended her appearance for the day.

Page Six reported that Weinstein held a party Sunday night at the Manhattan digs where he’s staying, during which he basically damned the #MeToo movement and was overheard telling an anonymous  record executive that it had “gone too far.”

Another source told us that there were about 60 people at the party, “including a lot of women!”

C’mon dude.

One source sniffed of the bash, “No wonder Harvey was so worn out.” A spokesperson for Weinstein confirmed: “Harvey held a small get-together to say thank you. It was his team of lawyers, both current and some previous, his personal attorney and two friends.”

The rep added, “Harvey has stated that he encourages the positive things that have come from the [#MeToo] movement.”

Weinstein used to have a tradition at the Sundance Film Festival of hosting NFL playoff screenings at a hotel, calling the watch parties the Weinstein Sundance Bowl.

Mann is the fifth accuser to take the stand at Weinstein’s NYC trial. She has accused him of forcing oral sex on her and raping her in a hotel room. In all more than 80 women have accused him of sexual assault or harassment, which of course he has denied.
