Created by Mark Goodson, “Family Feud” premiered in July 1976 on ABC, and was first hosted by the legendary Richard Dawson.

The game sets two families against each other — the goal is to have the most points at the end of each round.

Steve Harvey is now the game show host and presents a topic to both teams. Contestants try to guess the most popular response to a survey question, and each family gets to play until an answer is missed. The other family then gets the chance to take over the game.

The family with the most points at the end of the round gets to compete in the bonus round to increase their winnings.

Whether you’ve watched it or you play the game with your family you’re going to be either rolling your eyes or rolling on the floor when you see the all-time DUMBEST ANSWERS Steve Harvey has ever heard on Family Feud!
