“Full House” actress Lori Loughlin and husband, Mossimo Giannulli, who seem to be the face of the big college admissions scandal will plead not guilty to the latest round of charges brought against them.

On Friday, Fox News got ahold of court documents filed by the couple stating that they plan to plead not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit federal program bribery.

They have also waived their right to appear at a Nov. 20 arraignment.

Giannulli, and Loughlin are accused of arranging a total collective payment of $500,000 to scam William “Rick” Singer to get their daughters recruited to University of Southern California as athletes on the crew team even though they’ve never rowed before.
