The cause of an explosion at NuStar Energy’s Selby Terminal in Crockett is still unknown.
What we do know is that the guy flying overhead in a helicopter who probably had good intentions to dampen the flames missed the fire entirely.

According to NBC Bay Area, the seven-hour blaze erupted in towering, stubborn flames Tuesday afternoon at the facility in Crockett, about 30 miles northeast of downtown San Francisco.
A firefighter was injured and was treated at a hospital, said Contra Costa Fire Department spokesman Steve Hill. During a press conference, Hill expressed they are no longer concerned about nearby tanks. However, fire suppression crews will remain on scene to monitor in the unlikely event fire reignites.
