Alec Baldwin said earlier this week that doesn’t think parents involved in the college admission scandal should spend any time behind bars for their crime.

His comments were result of Felicity Huffman, surrendering to authorities on Tuesday to do her time. Huffman pleaded guilty back in May to paying $15,000 to raise her daughter, Sophia Grace’s, SAT scores in 2017.

According to a Federal Bureau of Prisons spokesperson who spoke with Entertainment Tonight, she’ll only be in the Federal Correctional Institution in Dublin, CA for 13 days rather than 14.The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star was also sentenced to 250 hours of community service and a $30,000 fine.

The “30 Rock” star tweeted Wednesday,”I don’t think anyone involved in the college fraud cases should go to prison.” He said, “That includes past cases as well.”

“Community service, fines, yes,” he added. “But prison time, no. My heart goes out to Felicity, Bill Macy and their family.”

‘Full House’ actress Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are also faces of the national scheme and have pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

The two are accused of allegedly paying $500,000 to get both their daughters, Isabella and Olivia into the University of Southern California by acting as if they were competitive rowing recruits.
