Pilot Calls Out Over Intercom – Guy In Back Of Plane Has Perfect Response

Being on a plane is an uncomfortable experience for many people, as the smallest of disturbances can cause passengers to panic. Though statistics say that flying is one of the safest forms of travel, many people can’t fully relax on airplanes.

Tension can spread throughout a plane like wildfire because of things like weather or some minor technical issues. This is exactly what happened when a British Airways flight left from the airport, but one man on the plane was there to save the day.

After the British plane took off and reached cruising altitude, the captain came over the intercom and announced, “Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your captain. Welcome to Flight 293, non-stop from London Heathrow to New York . The weather ahead is good, so we should have a smooth uneventful flight. So, sit back, relax, and… OH… MY GOD!”

Everyone onboard the flight froze in fear. There was silence from the cockpit for several minutes, but finally, the captain came back over the intercom.

“Ladies and Gentlemen, I’m sorry if I scared you,” the pilot said. “While I was talking to you, a flight attendant accidentally spilled coffee in my lap. You should see the front of my trousers!”

Upon hearing this, an Irish passenger at the back of the plane shouted, “For the luvva Jaysus… you should see the back of mine!”

Too funny!

Flying may be a scary experience, but there’s no reason not to joke about it. What are some of your favorite airplane jokes? Let us know in the comments section.
