Justin Bieber Breaks Down During Emotional Performance – Says Lord Is ‘Pulling Me Through A Hard Season’

Popular singer Justin Bieber just opened up about becoming emotional during a church service performance at Churchome in Beverly Hills, California last week.

The 25 year-old singer took the stage to perform a gospel song for the congregation, and he became emotional as he sang “Never Would Have Made It” by Marvin Sapp. In addition, Bieber was seen crying before the performance, and he explained why on Instagram the next day.

“Sang at church last night. God is pulling me through a hard season,” Bieber captioned a video of his performance. “Having trust in Jesus at your worst times is the absolute hardest. But he is faithful to complete what he started.”

“I also want to thank my wife for being such a huge support in my life through this season.. it says in the bible count it ALL JOY when you face trials of various kinds. Sounds insane considering when u face trials u feel terrible,” Bieber continued. “But if we are grateful and worship god for what we do have in that season there is so much power in that… whatever pain you are going through just keep telling yourself THIS WONT LAST! Love you guys we in this together.”

His post quickly went viral and he was flooded with encouraging comments from both fans and celebrities, including his wife Hailey Baldwin.

“So proud of who u are,” she wrote.

This comes after a source close to Bieber confirmed that the couple is planning a religious wedding ceremony next month in front of their friends and family. They secretly married in a New York City Courthouse last September following a two month engagement.

“Justin and Hailey are having a wedding ceremony and party in September,” the source said. “Since they only had a civil ceremony, it’s very important to them to have a religious ceremony as well.”

“They always planned to have one,” the insider added. “They want to wed properly in front of family and friends.”

It’s so refreshing to see a celebrity like Bieber being so open about his faith. God bless you, Justin!
