Children’s dance recitals are always adorable to watch, as it’s fun to see kids show off the moves they have been taught to master. In the video below, however, you’ll see a little boy “mess up” his dance recital in the most adorable way possible

The video opens with five girls and one boy onstage performing their routine. The kids are adorably out of sync with each other, but they still could not be any cuter.

The boy eventually steps forward and starts tapping his foot to the beat. He then goes rogue and begins flailing his arms around as he unleashes his own choreography on the audience. Nobody saw this one coming!

One of the little girls even knocks into the boy at one point, but it doesn’t faze him at all. Instead, he keeps performing his own routine until the very end, at which point he is rewarded with a huge cheer from the audience.

Video of the performance has quickly gone viral, with people all over the world praising the boy for marching to the beat of his own drum. His parents certainly have a lot to be proud of!
