The entire Bush family is celebrating right now after Jenna Bush Hager gave birth to announced that she has welcomed her third child (and first son!) with her husband Henry Hager.

Jenna gave birth to son Henry Harold “Hal” Hager on August 2, months after she revealed to the world that she was pregnant back in August.

“Welcome to the world my darling Henry Harold ‘Hal’ Hager! Hal came into the world Friday, August 2, 2019 at 9:02am and our life has never been sweeter,” Jenna wrote on Instagram in a post showing her with her husband and baby boy.

“We are overcome with joy to welcome Henry Harold ‘Hal’ Hager into this world!” Jenna later added in a statement. “He is named Henry after many on his father’s side including his dear dad and his paternal grandfather. Harold comes from my maternal grandfather, Pa, who I loved dearly and was unable to keep a son long enough to name. His sisters are thrilled to have a little brother and already nicknamed his nickname, exclaiming ‘welcome to the world Hal Pal!’”

Jenna and Henry met in 2004 and have been married since 2008. They were already the proud parents of Margaret “Mila” Laura, born in 2013, and Poppy Louise, who was born in 2015. The girls have already made it clear that they are already very excited to be big sisters to a little brother!

And our world made even sweeter when our girls met their baby brother.

In Jenna’s April announcement of her pregnancy, she had said on the “Today” show that she was five months pregnant with a baby boy. We’re sure her parents, former President George W. Bush and his wife Laura, could not be happier about the birth as well!

“My dad was a little mad that the name wasn’t George but [was] just kidding,” Jenna joked. “He said [Henry] was a cool name.”

We would like to officially congratulate Jenna and her whole family on this little blessing. Find out more about this in the video below.
