Coby Persin is a Youtube star who decided to test out what would happen if walked down the street handing out free cash with a sign that read “Take What You Need.” Tons of people reached out to take money, but Coby was in for a huge surprise when he came upon a homeless guy.

Coby started by taping $60 to his jacket and holding the sign as he walked down the street. He wanted to see if people would get greedy, or if they would just take what they needed.

While most people took around five dollars, one woman took dollar after dollar until Coby questioned if she really needed it.

“You have a Louis Vuitton bag, do you really need this?” he asked her.

“Yeah, I have a nail appointment tomorrow,” she told him.

The woman was clearly not suffering from financial hardship, as she had enough money to pay for nail appointments and fancy handbags, yet she still took the free cash.

Not everyone that Coby met that day was so selfish. When he ran into a homeless man, he was stunned when the guy only took $2, saying that was all he needed.

“I’m just trying to get some food,” he told Coby. “Just give whatever you gotta give to other people.”

Coby was so touched by the homeless man’s selflessness that he gave him $60 of his own money to help him out. In the end, the homeless man was repaid for his kindness with some very good karma.
