An adorable cat with googly eyes has become a viral sensation this week after stealing the hearts of internet users everywhere.

Staffers took notice of the cat as soon as she arrived at a shelter in Indiana. The cat was inarguably small and cuddly, but staffers were most drawn to her eyes. They’d never seen a cat have eyes quite like that before, and they could not imagine why someone would abandon a cat like this in the first place.

The cat had a lazy eye that made her look very unusual. The staffers were eager to find a loving forever home for the cat, so they posted photos of her on the social media site Reddit. They were absolutely stunned when the photos went viral in a big way!

Social media users just could not get enough of this adorable cat.
